It is that time of year again! I knew it yesterday, when Tyrone drove me to

definitely being doing that this summer.
Aside from dozens of new beach towels, and bottles of sunscreen, tanning
lotion's, and supplies for the house, I had to get the plumber over to fix
the outdoor shower, and hot tub, I had them put in a bigger one this year, I
like to relax after a hard day of sitting on the beach. The painter's also
came down, I wanted to do the rooms in the pastel colors of the umbrella's,
and the decorator showed up to bring some fabric for some of my soft club
chairs in the living room, that we love to use all summer long. It has large
sliding glass doors that totally open up onto the terrace so it is like
